While on a meal prep the cravings start to fall in such as craving a cheeseburger from your favorite fast food restaurant. Now there are alternatives to make a cheeseburger at home using the same or similar ingredients with a burger bun but this has a crispy crust from the lavash bread and the burger fillings. This also has the infamous big mac sauce but for high protein lower calorie purposes I opted for the Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.

Now if you opt out on using bread, you can add potatoes making this more of a deconstructed burger meal. This is anything but traditional when Big Mac comes to mind but this is nothing but delicious. I chose 91/9% lean ground beef for a few reasons such as lower fat/ high protein especially when it comes to calorie counting however if you don’t worry and just want the burger recipe any percentage that you prefer would work best.

This big mac wrap can also be turned into an amazing salad by adding lettuce, tomatoes, onions, the same dressing and reduced fat cheese to make it an extra filling meal. This overall has different varieties of what it can be made into and is definitely a go to when craving a burger but wanting to make it at home.

How to make a Big Mac SAUCE

Start by making the special big mac sauce by adding Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, pickle juice and chopped pickles. Mix to combine.

ASSEMBLE BIG MAC WRAP

In a large sauce pan, add ground beef till it has browned in the pan. Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and mustard. Once the beef has finished cooking, add in your cheese till it has melted. Assemble the big mac wrap by adding ground beef, lettuce, big mac sauce on top of the wrap. Carefully fold the sides of the wrap and fold as if you are rolling a burrito. On to a large pan, pan fry both sides to golden brown. Serve with fries and enjoy!
